Rod LeNevue fished Venus Bay, for 1 salmon from the beach using whitebait and surf poppers.
Jack Maugher fished Bemm River in very windy conditions. Fishing near the entrance to the sea, he caught any number of large Australian Salmon to 3kg. All lures worked including soft plastic jigs heads without the soft plastic!
Adrian Smajila fished at Warrnambool on the Hopkins River for a couple of hours with brother Glenn. Conditions were very ordinary with very strong winds and showers. They managed to catch 5 Estuary Perch from 27cm to 30cm on vibes and soft plastics before giving it away.
